Qualifications

• High school certificate required.
• Retail related qualification is an added advantage.
• 7+ years’ experience in retail operations with minimum 3 years in Store Management.
• English proficiency required.

• Lead and develop store teams in line with brand strategy.
• Monitor sales, operations, and costs to meet targets.
• Ensure stores maintain high merchandising and presentation standards.
• Drive sales through proactive commercial initiatives.
• Oversee cash flow, inventory, and operating records.
