Qualifications

• Previous experience in stewarding or kitchen hygiene operations within hotels or large F&B establishments.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of sanitation standards and cleaning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily stewarding operations across kitchens and F&B outlets.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and service ware.
