As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant by managing staff maintaining customer satisfaction and maximizing profits

Your duties will include but not limited to:

• Recruiting training and supervising staff
• Creating work schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Monitoring financial performance and making adjustments as needed to reach sales targets

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in restaurant management particularly in an English speaking setting A strong understanding of food safety standards excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team are also required Knowledge of Arabic language is a plus

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$
