Job summary

The Chain in Riyadh is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and uphold service excellence in a high-volume setting. You will supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams, manage schedules, and ensure food safety and guest satisfaction.

Based on-site in Riyadh, you will drive hiring, training, inventory control, and collaboration with senior leadership on sales targets, cost control, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Customer satisfaction and service focus with guest feedback handling.
• Experience in hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and staff development.
• Strong communication skills across teams, suppliers, management.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, menu execution, safety, quality.
• Proven hospitality/restaurant management experience in high-volume environments.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and maintain inclusive workplace.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations on-site in Riyadh.
