We are looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to be based in TAX FREE Al Khobar, SaudiArabia.

ROLE OVERVIEW

• Develop business strategies to raise customers’pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating,mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfactionthrough excellent service
• Complete store administration and ensurecompliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visualmerchandising standards
• Report on buying trends, customer needs,profits etc.
• Propose innovative ideas to increase marketshare
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assesstraining needs and build career paths
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff orcustomers (complaints, grievances etc.)
• A shining example of well behavior and highperformance
• Additional store manager duties as needed.
