Qualifications

• Proficiency in troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and technical issues.
• Experience in a similar restaurant or hospitality maintenance role.
• Experience in preventive maintenance planning and execution.
• Background in industrial maintenance, preferably hospitality.
• Knowledge of safety standards, building systems, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work.
• Ability to read maintenance manuals and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Technical diploma or certification in maintenance or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service contractors as needed.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and power outages and document work performed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure safety standards compliance.
• Assist with event setup and catering gear when required.
