Job summary

Client of Angel Gulf Jobs is seeking a Restaurant Maintenance Technician in Saudi Arabia to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on restaurant equipment and facility systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with kitchen equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance and can read technical manuals to troubleshoot faults and ensure safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing equipment, and maintaining records

Qualifications

ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/RAC or related trade.
3-5 years of experience in restaurant, hotel, or commercial kitchen equipment maintenance.
Strong knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Ability to read technical manuals and troubleshoot equipment faults.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Inspect, troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, grills, refrigerators, freezers, chillers, and washing machines.
Perform maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and refrigeration systems.
Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
Diagnose faults and replace defective components.
Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety standards.
