Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a Reservations Supervisor for our Riyadh property to manage the Reservations Department and ensure accurate processing, inventory control, and guest satisfaction. You will collaborate with Revenue Management and Front Office to maximize occupancy and revenue while upholding IHG standards.

The role requires 2–4 years in Reservations/Front Office with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, and strong knowledge of Opera PMS and IHG Concerto.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Hospitality/ Tourism/ Business Admin or related field.
• 2–4 years in Reservations or Front Office, with at least 1 year in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of Opera PMS and IHG Concerto.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Reservations Department; ensure accurate processing.
• Monitor room inventory, availability, and status to optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Coordinate with Revenue Management on pricing strategies and inventory controls.
• Review reservations from all channels (IHG systems, OTAs, travel agents, corporate).
• Supervise Reservations Agents with guidance, training, and coaching.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reservation reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with IHG reservation standards and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Front Office for arrivals, VIPs, and special requests.
