Job summary

Jumeirah Jabal Omar in Makkah, located near the Holy City, seeks a Reservations Agent to join the Reservations Department. You will respond promptly to guest inquiries, manage bookings, collect guest details, and ensure information is accurately entered in the Opera system.

You will attend calls within 3 rings, follow 59 Club & LQA standards, and communicate last-minute changes to the appropriate departments to ensure seamless guest experiences during the booking process.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries in a clear, courteous, and professional manner.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Competency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prompt professional email response within less than 24 hours of receiving the query.
• Attending calls within 3 rings with proper greetings, under 59 Club & LQA standards.
• Taking all necessary details of the guests during the booking process (recognizing repeaters, contact details, passport copies of all guests, flights details, special occasions, preferences) and updating in Opera.
• Observing proper and professional email and telephone etiquettes.
• Reads all reservation correspondence for Special Instructions and ensures information is passed to the respective departments.
• Communicating last-minute changes to the respective departments.
