Jumeirah Group is seeking a Reservations Agent for the Reservations Department at Jumeirah Jabal Omar Hotel in Saudi Arabia. The role requires handling guest inquiries, maintaining high standards of service, and coordinating with multiple hotel departments to ensure seamless bookings.

Responsibilities

• Respond to reservation inquiries via email within 24 hours.
• Answer calls promptly with proper greetings per 59 Club & LQA standards.
• Collect guest details during booking and update Opera system accurately.
• Maintain professional email and telephone etiquette.
• Communicate last-minute changes to the relevant departments.
• Review reservation communications for Special Instructions and pass them on.
