Job summary

Weatherford International Oil Field Services is seeking an LWD R&M Specialist II to support reliability-based maintenance for LWD products. You will work with the Maintenance Manager to build a reliable system, schedule workloads with technicians, troubleshoot, refurbish, and implement mandatory modifications for field equipment.

You will collaborate with field personnel, attend client sites as needed, and help mitigate non-productive time while improving field service delivery through

Qualifications

• High Diploma with relevant experience.
• 3-5 Years of related experience on Repairing and Troubleshooting LWD Sensors and DS Tools.
• Strong teamwork, communication and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced repairs and maintenance on LWD tools and systems ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Conduct thorough troubleshooting and diagnostics on LWD equipment using manual and computerized methods.
• Collaborate with field personnel to provide on-site technical support and training as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs and equipment performance.
• Support the design and improvement of LWD equipment and tools from field feedback, ensuring safety compliance.

Job description

As LWD R amp M Specialist II has responsibility for assisting with the development of reliability-based maintenance strategy based on preventive and predictive maintenance for the product line equipment Work directly with the Maintenance Manager to build a reliable system and maintenance team Works with Repair and Maintenance Technicians to schedule workload Primarily activity is at workshop troubleshooting repairing refurbishing implementing mandatory modifications and executing and or planning preventive and corrective maintenance of field equipment and tools helping to mitigate assets related non-productive time and improve overall field service delivery performance He she may be required to attend a client location to perform his her duties whenever an R amp M task is deemed necessary to carry over a field operation

Responsibilities

Perform advanced repairs and maintenance on LWD tools and systems ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies Conduct thorough troubleshooting and diagnostics on LWD equipment utilizing both manual and computerized methods Collaborate with field personnel to provide on-site technical support and training as needed Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities repairs and equipment performance Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures Support the design and improvement of LWD equipment and tools by providing feedback and insights based on field experiences Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team Mentor and train junior technicians and other team members Participate in project planning and execution providing input on equipment selection and maintenance strategies Stay updated on technological advancements in LWD systems and industry best practices
