Weatherford International Oil Field Services is seeking an LWD R&M Specialist III to support reliability-based maintenance strategies for field equipment. You will work with the Maintenance Manager to build a reliable maintenance system and schedule workload for repair and maintenance tasks.

The role involves troubleshooting, refurbishing, implementing modifications, and planning preventive and corrective maintenance, with potential client-site assignments to support field operations.

Competenze

• High Diploma with relevant experience in repairing and troubleshooting LWD sensors and DS tools

• Perform advanced repairs and maintenance on LWD tools and systems
• Conduct thorough troubleshooting and diagnostics on LWD equipment
• Collaborate with field personnel to provide on-site technical support and training as needed
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities repairs and equipment performance
• Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures
• Support the design and improvement of LWD equipment and tools by providing feedback and insights

• Mentor and train junior technicians and other team members
