Job summary

Weatherford International Oil Field Services is seeking a Field Specialist I for Fishing Services ISDT to perform field operations, planning, mobilization, and reporting. You will work with field teams and clients to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality fishing and downhole services according to Weatherford standards.

The role requires basic knowledge of equipment and operations, willingness to work in field environments, and ability to coordinate between supervision and field personnel.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• High School Diploma required.
• Technical Certificate/Diploma from an accredited program is preferred.
• Ability and willingness to work in field/wellsite environments and respond to operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily operations meetings, toolbox talks, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and safety activities.
• Plan and prepare tools and equipment for fishing and ISDT service jobs.
• Mobilize equipment, personnel and required materials to the well site.
• Operate test, maintain and prepare fishing and downhole service tools according to procedures and competency level.
• Execute assigned field operations safely and efficiently under supervision.
• Monitor and analyze operational data and report any issues or abnormal conditions.
• Maintain accurate job documentation including reports, logs and tickets.
• Ensure equipment work areas and facilities are maintained in safe and presentable condition.
• Manage wellsite inventory and supplies required for successful job execution.
• Support troubleshooting and follow up on equipment failures with the R & M team.
• Participate in equipment failure investigations and Root Cause Analysis activities when required.
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients and support superior service quality.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, field personnel, clients and internal stakeholders.
• Remain available on a 24-hour call basis to respond to operational and customer requirements.
• Follow Weatherford policies, procedures, Management System requirements and HSE standards.

The Field Specialist I Fishing Services ISDT performs field operations for fishing and downhole services using standard techniques procedures and established criteria The role supports job planning equipment preparation mobilization execution maintenance and reporting under appropriate supervision The position works closely with field teams and clients to deliver safe efficient and high-quality services while maintaining Weatherford HSE quality and operational standards

Qualifications

0 1 year of experience in the Oil amp Gas industry High School Diploma required Technical Certificate Diploma from an accredited technical or vocational school is preferred Basic technical knowledge relevant to mechanical electrical hydraulic pneumatic or downhole equipment is preferred Ability and willingness to work in field wellsite environments and respond to operational requirements LI-MD1 0 1 year of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.High School Diploma required.Technical Certificate/Diploma from an accredited technical or vocational school is preferred.Basic technical knowledge relevant to mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or downhole equipment is preferred.Ability and willingness to work in field/wellsite environments and respond to operational requirements.
