Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a finance-focused podcast to hire an Ads Manager based in Saudi Arabia. You will plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Meta, YouTube, Google, and TikTok, driving audience growth and revenue through premium content and partner offers.

This fully remote freelance role offers autonomy and performance-based earnings. You will work with the podcast host to develop engaging advertising strategies using weekly content, track performance, and report on results.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience planning, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Proven expertise in at least two of the following advertising platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads/YouTube, TikTok Ads.
• Ability to provide concrete campaign performance data (CPS, CPL, conversion rates) and ROAS.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, creative testing, budget optimization, and conversion tracking.
• Knowledge of policies for financial services promotions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently on campaign performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, YouTube/Google, and TikTok.
• Grow podcast audience: subscribers, views, and registrations.
• Generate revenue via premium dossiers and partner offers.
• Test audience segments, creatives, and budget allocations.
• Monitor performance and scale successful campaigns with data-driven decisions.
• Set up tracking to measure performance and attribution.
• Report monthly on costs, audience growth, subscriptions, conversions, and revenue.
• Coordinate with host to align strategies with business goals.
