Job summary

Jobgether partner is seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Manager based in Saudi Arabia. This senior delivery leadership role oversees execution, quality, and outcomes across client engagements with a focus on technical direction, scope, risk, and delivery economics.

You will coach teams, collaborate with Customer Success, Solution Architects, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders, and drive innovation and AI use-case exploration while maintaining business value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software delivery environments with delivery leadership responsibility.
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices, system design principles, and architecture patterns.
• Hands-on delivery in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across client engagements, including planning, scope, quality, and on-time outcomes.
• Lead delivery rhythms: sprint planning, backlog management, execution tracking, releases, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure teams follow engineering standards and deliver business value.
• Translate client needs into clear technical direction and maintain alignment on outcomes.
• Coach teams, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement across engagements.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and AI use cases within delivery programs.
