Job summary

Client of imploy in Riyadh invites an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead delivery of technology projects and digital solutions. You will oversee cross-functional technical teams, manage execution, ensure timely delivery, and uphold quality while aligning technology with business goals.

You will define plans, manage budgets and vendors, monitor risk and KPIs, and report to executives. Strong leadership, fluent English, and Saudi nationality are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years in software delivery or project management.
• 3+ years leading technical delivery teams.
• Strong SDLC and Agile knowledge.
• Experience delivering enterprise apps, cloud or digital transformations.
• Familiar with Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Fluent in English; Arabic desirable; Saudi nationality required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Manage cross-functional teams including engineers, QA, DevOps, BA and PM.
• Define project plans, timelines, resources, and milestones.
• Monitor progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into delivery plans.
• Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum or hybrid methodologies.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and quality.
• Oversee release planning, deployment activities and post-implementation support.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular status reports for executives.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships and third-party providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of technology projects ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage cross‑functional teams including Software Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Business Analysts, and Product Managers.
• Define project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical delivery plans.
• Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, quality standards and operational efficiency.
• Oversee release planning, deployment activities and post‑implementation support.
• Monitor project KPIs and prepare regular status reports for executive leadership.
• Manage project budgets, vendor relationships and third‑party service providers when required.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in software delivery, project management, or technology operations.
• At least 3 years of experience leading technical delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience delivering enterprise applications, cloud solutions, or digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, or Monday.com.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certifications are considered an advantage.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
