Job summary

Canon Emirates LLC is seeking a Service Engineer to deliver cost-effective maintenance and optimize the technical performance of Canon hardware, including firmware upgrades and remote software support. You will diagnose faults, advise customers, and work to maximize first-time fixes.

The role requires an Engineering degree or diploma, GCC driving license, strong teamwork, and excellent communication. You will report to the service manager and contribute to KPI improvements while maintaining

Qualifications

Engineering degree or diploma in electronics, mechanics, or software.
Relevant service industry experience.
Good health and safety awareness.
Strong technical aptitude with fault-finding skills.
Excellent customer handling and communication abilities.
Current GCC driving license.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line troubleshooting and fault-finding for most standalone and connected Canon products.
Perform maintenance and firmware upgrades via remote technical support.
Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
Optimize team output and report KPIs.
Liaise with the account manager on customer issues.
