Job summary

Ejadah Management Consultancy is recruiting a Legal Counsel for a Saudi technology company building digital trust infrastructure. You will act as a bridge between law, product, and AI, drafting commercial agreements and managing CLM platforms to ensure compliance with Saudi regulations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience in commercial law, a background in technology or legal tech, and fluency in Arabic and English. This is a full-time role based remotely in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications
