Job summary

HALA is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to support the execution of campaigns across HALA's payment products and services. You will coordinate campaigns, manage timelines, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements in the Saudi market.

The role involves collaboration with Product, Sales, Growth, Data, and Compliance, plus enabling CRM, marketing automation, and performance tracking to optimize channel effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, MIS, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Equivalent years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches across customer and merchant segments.
• Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Work closely with Product, Sales, Growth, Data, and Compliance to ensure effective campaign execution.
• Support CRM, marketing automation, customer segmentation, and campaign targeting activities.
• Track and report campaign performance, including acquisition, conversion, engagement, and product adoption.
• Maintain marketing dashboards, campaign calendars, trackers, and related documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate marketing processes and workflows.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as required.
• Ensure marketing activities comply with brand standards, internal policies, and applicable KSA regulatory requirements.
