Job summary

SiFi is seeking a detail-oriented Onboarding Agent to ensure smooth, compliant client onboarding in a remote setting. You will verify legal documents like MoA and licenses, configure new company profiles in BackOffice, and ensure data accuracy while coordinating with internal teams.

The role emphasizes adherence to KYC/AML, strong communication in English, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, law, finance or related field.
1–2 years in onboarding, compliance, or fintech operations.
Strong ability to read MoA, CR certificates, and other formation records.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Excellent English; Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Review and validate legal documents submitted by customers.
Create and configure new company profiles in BackOffice system accurately.
Populate required fields: company details, ownership structure, and authorized users.
Communicate with internal teams and customers to clarify data.
Ensure onboarding complies with KYC/AML and internal policies.
Flag discrepancies and escalate to compliance.
Assist with onboarding SOP documentation and process improvements.
