Mozn is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to lead onboarding for FOCAL clients, ensuring smooth implementation and go-live readiness. You’ll coordinate across teams, deliver trainings, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in client onboarding or a similar role.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to deliver customer training sessions.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for FOCAL clients.
• Serve as primary contact through kickoff to go-live.
• Deliver platform training sessions to client teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep workstreams on schedule.
• Track tech inquiries, feature requests, and configuration issues; escalate as needed.
• Maintain onboarding docs and status across all active clients.
• Manage multiple concurrent onboardings with prioritization.
• Handoff completed onboardings to Customer Success post go-live.
• Identify blockers and propose improvements.
