Job summary

Cambly Inc. is seeking a CRM Program Manager to lead our CRM strategy and execution across email, in-app, push, and messaging apps. You will drive acquisition, engagement, and retention with cross-functional teams in a global context, expanding into local chat platforms as markets warrant.

You will own the CRM roadmap, platform strategy (including AI integrations), audience strategy, deliverability health, and performance measurement across regions. Remote, contract role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing.
• Hands-on expertise with a modern CRM/ESP platform (Iterable, Braze, Customer.io).
• Proven track record owning CRM strategy and roadmap.
• Strong analytical skills with dashboards, experimentation, and SQL or similar tools.
• Experience running multi-market or international CRM programs; familiarity with messaging apps is a plus.
• Excellent cross-functional program management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Strong writing skills and ability to brief creative teams or draft copy.
• curiosity and hands-on experience using AI and automation to improve marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end CRM strategy across email, in-app, push, and messaging apps.
• Build and maintain the CRM roadmap, balancing evergreen lifecycle programs and campaigns.
• Own the messaging-app channel strategy by market and roll out localized pilots.
• Set the global CRM framework and localization rules for markets.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for CRM outcomes and leadership reporting.
• Evaluate and manage messaging providers and official business accounts.
• Own platform relationships (e.g., Iterable) including contracts and renewals.
• Drive AI integrations from discovery through rollout and measurement.
• Identify gaps across the CRM stack and champion investments to improve efficiency.
