Job summary

Cambly Inc. is seeking a CRM Program Manager to lead the customer relationship management strategy across global markets. You will own the CRM roadmap, aligned to acquisition, engagement, and retention KPIs, and manage channels including email, in-app, push, and messaging apps.

This role requires cross-functional leadership, deep analytics, and experience with modern CRM platforms. You will pilot AI-driven personalization, localization, and experiments to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing experience.
• Hands-on with modern CRM platforms (Iterable, Braze, Customer.io) and journey building.
• Proven track record owning CRM strategy and roadmap with measurable impact on acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Strong analytical skills with dashboards, experimentation, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end CRM strategy across email, in-app, push and messaging apps.
• Define and maintain the CRM roadmap, balancing evergreen programs, promotions, and strategic initiatives.
• Own the market-specific channel strategy across WhatsApp, WeChat, KakaoTalk, and other platforms.
• Evaluate and manage messaging providers and platform APIs, including template approvals and compliance.
• Drive AI integrations and innovations within the CRM stack, from discovery to rollout and measurement.
• Partner with product, data, engineering, and regional teams to ensure end-to-end measurability.
