Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Program Manager based in Saudi Arabia for a fully remote role, leading complex fintech programs. You will establish governance structures, align portfolios with strategy, and drive budgets, milestones, and KPIs across engineering, QA, cybersecurity, and compliance.

The role requires 10+ years in PM/Program mgmt within banking/fintech, strong stakeholder management, and a strategic, commercially minded approach to regulatory, risk, and technology delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in project/program mgmt, 5+ years in banking/fintech.
• Regulatory, cross-functional program mgmt, multi-workstream delivery.
• PMO, governance, portfolio mgmt frameworks knowledge.
• Certifications in PRINCE2, PMI PgMP, SAFe Portfolio Mgmt.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, oversee program governance structures (RACI, steering, reporting).
• Align multi-project portfolios with strategy and value delivery.
• Develop roadmaps, budgets, milestones, KPIs; monitor delivery.
• Lead PMs and cross-functional leads across engineering, QA, security, compliance.
• Manage executive reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (PCI DSS, GDPR, PSD2, SOC 2, ISO 27001, SAMA).
• Drive scalable delivery, adopt governance, DevSecOps integration.
