Job summary

Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Field Service Engineer MEAT & CIS to resolve complex customer challenges and empower the team with technical knowledge from Saudi Arabia, while traveling up to 70% to MEAT & CIS regions. You will install, repair, and maintain microscopy systems and support channel partners with training and guidance.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, collaboration across functions, and driving service revenue growth within a matrix

Qualifications

• Demonstrated technical expertise in repair, calibration, maintenance, and upgrade of microscopy systems.
• Networking, influencing, and communicating effectively across functions and at all levels.
• Training and/or coaching experience

Responsibilities

• Perform Advanced Installations as well as Advanced Repairs and Preventive Maintenance.
• Work closely with MEAT&CIS Channel Partners and support their training, installation and repair cases and provide informal guidance to junior team members.
• Support business implementation and readiness plans, through project planning, management and creation of work instructions and SOPs and prepare and execute action plans for growth through service revenue generation in MEAT&CIS
