Job summary

Radiometer, a Danaher Diagnostics company, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support Radiometer analyzers in Abha-Southern Region, Saudi Arabia. You will troubleshoot, install, perform preventive maintenance, and service repairs while representing Radiometer to customers.

The role requires a degree in biomedical or related engineering and 3–5 years of field service experience in healthcare devices, plus strong networking and IT upgrade skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in biomedical or related engineering.
• 3–5 years field service experience in healthcare devices.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Advanced troubleshooting, installation, preventive maintenance, and servicing of analyzers.
• Complete regulatory field action notes and updates by due dates.
• Install analyzers and train customers as required.
• Manage spare parts and document usage.
• Comply with regulations and cybersecurity updates.
• IT troubleshooting for Windows devices.
• Configure IP addresses and connect to Middleware or LIS/HIS/EMR.
