Zusammenfassung

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Fashion Consultant – The Deal in Riyadh to drive individual and store targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will support CRM, CX and initiatives in-store, collect data for reviews, and promote the MUSE loyalty program.

Responsibilities include data-driven selling, event support, and adherence to SOPs. With 2 years of retail experience, you will nurture client relationships, contribute to omni-channel efforts, and stay updated on in-store and app

Qualifikationen

Previous experience in retail (fashion, jewelry, accessories, technology).
Minimum 2 years of experience.

Aufgaben

Collect data on customer behaviour and top sellers.
Drive client relationships within an omni-channel approach.
Provide pre-buying feedback on products.
Promote loyalty program (MUSE) and app offerings.
Drive sell-throughs in-store and support CX initiatives.
Ensure adherence to VM guidelines and SOPs.
Support in-store marketing events and activations.
Keep up with brand social media campaigns.
Ensure click and collect operations meet SLAs.
Capture customer data per marketing requirements.
Input to what’s working well in-store.
