Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in customer retention, outbound sales, contact centre operations, or similar.
• Proven success in customer conversion, retention, and reactivation with performance-driven teams.
• Ability to develop and implement SOPs, outbound calling scripts, workflows, and training materials.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills to motivate teams and improve performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities over the phone.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and derive improvements.
• Ability to balance direct customer engagement with team supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and outbound calling platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of Customer Retention Specialists with clear objectives.
• Conduct outbound calls to encourage repeat transactions and reactivate inactive customers.
• Develop and continuously improve SOPs, scripts, workflows, and training materials.
• Organise daily outreach, manage agent schedules, and allocate campaign assignments.
• Design and execute retention campaigns including offers, discounts, and follow-ups.
• Monitor KPIs like call volumes, conversion, repeat transactions, and revenue recovered.
• Provide coaching and performance reviews to improve agents' communication and sales skills.
• Analyse customer behavior and campaign performance to identify retention opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records, dashboards, and regular operational reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Support, Sales, Operations, and Compliance on issue resolution.
• Support recruitment and onboarding to build a results-oriented team.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance research, scripts, and productivity.
