You will collect KYC documents, coordinate with Compliance, and ensure timely, accurate closure while maintaining strict data privacy. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented and able to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional onboarding/customer-facing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and follow-up abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and document management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary onboarding contact for new business partners and guide them through the process.
• Collect KYC documents, ownership details, and other materials.
• Review submitted documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Update partner information in CRM and internal systems.
• Coordinate with Compliance to review documents and respond to requests.
• Monitor onboarding progress and inform stakeholders of status.
• Facilitate handover to ongoing partner support teams.
• Handle confidential information per privacy procedures.
• Identify onboarding challenges and suggest improvements.
• Track activity and timelines to support efficiency.
• Use AI tools to support research and tasks.
