Jobgether is seeking an Onboarding & Member Success Coach based in Saudi Arabia. This freelance, fully remote role guides new members of corporate client organizations through personalized onboarding sessions, introduces relevant training opportunities, and demonstrates platform features to help users maximize their learning journey.

You will tailor guidance, motivate engagement, and provide proactive follow-up while collecting feedback to improve the onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain information clearly and engage users.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with genuine interest in helping people access learning opportunities.
• Proactive and self-motivated approach; ability to take initiative and follow through.
• Basic technical proficiency and confidence using digital platforms and online tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct short, personalized onboarding and coaching sessions with new members to introduce them to the platform.
• Guide users through the platform, explain features, and help identify relevant training courses.
• Encourage engagement and activation by motivating users to explore resources and book sessions.
• Serve as the primary contact for members during onboarding, providing timely guidance and support.
• Adapt communication to different user needs and learning preferences.
• Identify common onboarding challenges and share actionable feedback to improve the experience.
• Foster a welcoming, supportive learning environment and ensure members feel informed and motivated.
