Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks an i2nd Level Supporter - E-banking based in Saudi Arabia. You will provide advanced technical support for digital banking services and communicate with customers in German and French.

This remote freelance role requires strong troubleshooting, incident management, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners in a fast-paced IT environment.

Qualifications

• Several years in technical customer support, ideally second-level.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS and Android.
• Good understanding of IT security, IAM, 2FA/MFA, and directory services.
• Networking basics: LAN/WLAN, TCP/IP, routers and modems.
• Experience with structured troubleshooting and ticketing systems.
• Fluency in German and French.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-level technical support for digital banking services via remote channels.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents affecting e-banking platforms.
• Manage incident and problem tickets with timely follow-up and SLAs.
• Escalate complex issues to internal or third-level teams when needed.
• Document investigations, steps, and resolutions for knowledge base.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement solutions.
