Job summary

Jobgether, listed on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Sales Manager B2B – Freelance based in Saudi Arabia to lead German market growth. You will own the full sales cycle, promoting software and consulting services to corporate clients and building lasting partnerships across the DACH region.

You will collaborate with product and sales teams, shape go-to-market strategies, and drive revenue with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in B2B solution sales with a proven track record.
• Ability to generate sustainable revenue growth and acquire new business customers.
• Strong consultative and solution-based selling experience.
• Experience with sales pipeline management and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
• Proactive and entrepreneurial approach with strong relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell software solutions and consulting services to business customers in the German market.
• Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B customers while expanding relationships with existing accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Coordinate with product teams and sales specialists throughout the sales process.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with market expansion goals.
• Own revenue targets and sales performance within assigned segments.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
• Understand customer needs and present relevant solutions in a compelling way.
• Represent the business at trade fairs and industry events.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide market insights to refine sales approaches.
