Job summary

KBR in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Manager, Site Maintenance (Refinery) to lead day-to-day maintenance for a newly awarded project, directing a full maintenance team across disciplines. You will ensure productive, safe, and cost-efficient execution, supervise maintenance activities, review contractor reports, and align with the client on KPIs and Change Orders.

A Bachelor's degree in engineering and 15+ years of refinery or petrochemical maintenance experience are required; strong HSE, reliability

Responsibilities

• Review, approve and endorse reports related to contractor activity.
• Interface with client to resolve disputes and issue Change Orders.
• Maintain safety by enforcing rules and conducting safety meetings.
• Review invoices to ensure billed work aligns with contracts.
• Establish and achieve maintenance KPIs with client.
