Job summary

LVMH's Sephora MEA seeks a Store & Workplace Support Tech Lead to oversee remote and on-site IT support for Sephora stores across the region, focusing on store infrastructure, network connectivity, POS, and back-office equipment.

You will partner with KSA and Dubai IT teams, manage vendor relations, drive continuity, and lead a high-performing regional team while upholding Sephora and LVMH standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience, including 3+ years in a retail company
• English & Arabic communication mandatory
• Technology leadership, building and mentoring teams
• Strong understanding of retail store operations, POS environments, store networks and infrastructure dependencies

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and in-field technology support for Sephora stores across the ME region
• Lead local tech requirements and plan deployments with the team
• Manage vendor coordination, HW stock, and service continuity
• Monitor QoS, SLA/SLO adherence and apply penalties when needed
• Escalate complex issues and drive timely resolution
