Job summary

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Sales Manager for KSA to own Sol de Janeiro’s in-store performance and education. You will travel the region, coaching beauty advisors, driving sell-out, and delivering joyful brand experiences in Sephora and other doors.

You will support consumer activations, PR events and retailer animations, reporting to a remote manager and collaborating with partners across the Middle East.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in sales or account management within beauty or premium FMCG, ideally in KSA/UAE.
• Strong knowledge of the KSA beauty market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing key accounts.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and in-store execution skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across KSA and to Dubai.
• Fluent English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Visit doors and manage in-store performance, brand standards, visibility and merchandising.
• Coach beauty advisors and drive sell-out through structured retail visits and product education.
• Support consumer activations, PR events and retailer animations across the region.
