Job summary

NetApp seeks a results-driven leader to head a high-performing Solutions Engineering team across the region. You will coach engineers and front-line leaders to articulate value to customers and partners, influence buying decisions, and drive revenue growth while staying close to market needs.

Travel regularly to engage with teams, customers, and partners, ensuring strong relationships and successful business outcomes.

Qualifications

Fluent in English and Arabic.
Proven ability to coach teams and develop talent.
Experience driving revenue through strategic sales plays and account growth.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of SEs to drive regional growth.
Prioritize hunting new land accounts; expand share via upsell/cross-sell.
Drive value recognition through data infrastructure modernization, cloud transformation, AI and security.
Own and deliver accurate forecasts and sales stage progression.
Coach teams to conduct demonstrations and lead POCs to differentiate solutions.
Document customers' requirements and develop high-quality proposals.
Foster a high-performance culture with Thrive Performance & Rewards program.
Mentor and develop high-potential team members; recruit top talent.
Manage underperforming staff with fairness and accelerate productivity.
