Apparel Group - UAE is seeking a seasoned Retail Operations Leader to oversee store performance across multiple territories. The role focuses on executing operational strategies to boost sales, enhance customer experience, and ensure brand consistency across all stores in the region.

You will lead Area and Store Managers, drive profitability, manage costs through process improvements, and ensure adherence to SOPs and visual merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize retail store operations across assigned territories.
• Drive sales performance and monitor KPIs like conversion, ASP, and shrinkage.
• Guide Area and Store Managers to maximize productivity and control costs.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, policies, and loss prevention measures.
• Oversee implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines across stores.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; provide regular performance feedback.
• Contribute to store openings, refurbishments, and set-up planning.
• Foster brand visibility and participation in loyalty programs.
