FashionUnited seeks a Store Operations Leader responsible for overseeing multiple stores and driving performance. You will recruit, train and orient staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and maximize sales through effective store operations and merchandising.

The role emphasizes maintaining brand standards, implementing SOPs, and leading by example to achieve store objectives and improve profitability across locations.

Qualifications

• Oversee the activities of multiple stores to meet performance targets.
• Ensure customer service standards and staff training.
• Recruit, hire and train store teams; orient new employees.
• Implement Visual Merchandising guidelines and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quantitative measures of performance in the following areas: units per transaction, average transaction value, sales per month, sales per square foot, sales turnover, shrinkage control, conversion rate.
• Set store sales targets to maximize sales and profitability.
• Conduct scheduled staff meetings regularly.
• Maintain and enhance customer service standards across all stores.
• Enforce company SOPs, policies, and loss prevention guidelines; ensure employee compliance.
• Oversee execution of Visual Merchandising guidelines at all stores.
• Monitor inventory movement and stock levels.
• Recruit and train staff in sales techniques, customer service, teamwork and brand etiquette.
• Evaluate employee performance annually and promote open communication through coaching.
