Job summary

MAWREF Logistics Solutions is seeking a Regional Property Supervisor in Saudi Arabia to oversee facilities operations, maintenance, and service delivery. You will manage property staff, coordinate with service providers and authorities, and ensure tenant satisfaction while monitoring budgets and vendor performance.

The successful candidate will have 5–8 years of facility supervision experience, a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, and certifications such as CFM, FMP, or ISO 41001,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in facility or property supervision.
• Professional certifications preferred: CFM, FMP, ISO 41001.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic & English.
• High attention to detail, analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Supervise property staff and ensure high-quality performance.
• Monitor facility maintenance, preventive plans, and renovation activities.
• Address tenant needs, complaints, and inspection findings.
• Review maintenance reports, quotations, invoices, and vendor performance.
• Support leasing operations and contract management tasks.
• Coordinate with government authorities for permits, licenses, and official procedures.
• Conduct site visits, supervise project handovers, and validate engineering drawings.
• Prepare and monitor property-related budgets and petty cash accounts.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Certifications: CFM, FMP, ISO 41001
