Job summary

ASMO in Saudi Arabia seeks a seasoned Facilities & Maintenance Manager to oversee site operations, lead a team of technicians and an admin controller, and ensure safe, reliable infrastructure. You will drive preventive maintenance, manage budgets and procurement, and coordinate with production, logistics, and quality control to deliver seamless facilities operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s preferred), professional certifications in facility/maintenance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required)
• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent preferred
• Certifications in facility/maintenance management (CFM/CMRP) preferred
• Fluent English (oral and written)
• 9 years in related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Proven experience in facility maintenance and management

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of facility maintenance and utilities.
• Lead and supervise a team of technicians and admin staff.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and record-keeping with the Admin Controller.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, logistics, quality).
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across the site.
• Monitor KPIs and drive cost-saving initiatives.
