Job summary

Haji Hussein Alireza & Co., Ltd. is seeking a Product Support Sales Representative to provide total support to customers in the designated region, promote and sell parts, accessories, and service offerings, and help meet revenue targets.

You will engage customers, understand their needs, visit stores, coordinate with technical teams, and deliver timely responses, with emphasis on upselling and building long-term loyalty.

Qualifications

• Promote and sell parts, accessories, and service contracts to customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Provide prompt, helpful customer service and address inquiries.
• Build loyalty through strong relationships and regular follow-ups.
• Visit customer stores monthly to check inventory and FMI levels.

Responsibilities
