Job summary

Afaq - Warehouse Branch is seeking a Senior Network & Systems Engineer - Lead to support, build, and improve technology solutions across sites in Saudi Arabia. You will manage large regional projects, resolve crises, and expand knowledge into AWS technologies and distributed systems.

You will lead operations for Infrastructure and Technical Projects, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring high availability and robust documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT client/server/network service delivery.
• 4+ years Windows or Linux administration or Cisco IOS.
• Experience troubleshooting in high-availability environments.
• Experience with end-to-end IT infrastructure for new site launches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive network and systems engineering across multiple facilities.
• Maintain uptime; act as first escalation point for complex issues.
• Troubleshoot IT problems without SOPs and resolve incidents under time pressure.
• Plan and coordinate Change Management templates across the region.
• Lead technical projects from conception to completion with minimal guidance.
• Automate manual tasks and develop tools to increase team efficiency.
