Job summary

Afaq Q Tech General Trading is seeking an experienced Program Manager to scale our operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through the launch of new facilities and expansion initiatives. You will own end-to-end delivery of expansion projects, coordinating across operations, engineering, finance, procurement, real estate, technology, and external partners.

This role requires strong program management skills, stakeholder influence, and the ability to drive execution in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related field.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years delivering cross-functional projects.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of expansion programs, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Develop plans, launch schedules, governance, and risk mitigation across multiple initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, finance, procurement and real estate to define requirements.
• Manage external vendors, consultants, contractors, and service providers throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor performance with data, metrics, and reporting; identify risks and take corrective actions.
• Communicate milestones, dependencies, and financial performance to stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive process improvements to speed launches, reduce costs, and scale across markets.
• Support business planning including capital planning, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Conduct site visits and audits to validate progress and compliance.
• Build scalable tools and operating models for future expansion.
