Job summary

Afaq - Warehouse Branch - J02 is recruiting a Business Development Manager to lead Hub Delivery growth across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will build and lead field sales teams, drive partner acquisition, and ensure high customer experience and compliance.

Responsibilities include strategy for partner onboarding, data-driven performance reviews, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize tools and processes in the Saudi market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years in business development, partner sales, or alliances management.
• Experience managing teams across regions with hiring and performance oversight.
• Fluency in English and Arabic with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop ADEs across KSA for field performance and compliance.
• Own country-wide Hub partner acquisition and onboarding strategy.
• Analyze performance data to improve partner acquisition and retention.
• Escalation point for onboarding challenges and operational blockers.
• Collaborate with Delivery Stations, Program, and Product teams to enhance tools and training.
• Present data-driven forecasts and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and Amazon standards in the Saudi market.
