Job summary

Koch Engineered Solutions is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager for the Middle East. You will transform business priorities and customer insights into regional plans, coordinating with global and regional teams to strengthen brand visibility and differentiation across the Middle East.

You will lead account-based and targeted campaigns, manage agencies, and ensure messaging aligns with overall strategy while adapting assets for regional relevance. A strong cross-functional approach is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and activate a focused Middle East marketing plan aligned with regional priorities and global direction.
• Participate in commercial planning discussions to understand customer objectives, influencers, market dynamics and opportunities.
• Turn insights into briefs and programs that build reputation, visibility, and differentiation.
• Partner with the global marketing team to develop strategies, messaging and content for regional relevance.
• Plan and deliver account-centred marketing activities including executive engagements, seminars, workshops, campaigns, speaking opportunities and sales enablement materials.
• Direct agencies and vendors for events, content, localisation, paid media, digital activation and logistics.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and regional commercial teams and priority customers.
• Measure programme effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative insights and focus resources on high-value opportunities.
• Collaborate with the regional marketer in Europe to provide cohesive planning for the EMEA business.
• Share regional insights and leverage capabilities across the global marketing team.

Your Job

The Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) Marketing and Communications team is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to support our businesses across the Middle East.

This role is responsible for turning business priorities, customer insights and global marketing direction into focused regional marketing plans and action.

As an integral part of the global marketing team, you will work closely with teammates in other regions as well as commercial, technical and product teams to strategies around key priorities and opportunities. You will develop targeted marketing plans that strengthen reputation, visibility, preference and differentiation, helping KES businesses show up consistently and credibly with customers before and throughout the buying process.

Our Team

We are an in-house global Marketing & Communications capability supporting KES business units. We contribute to business outcomes through close partnership with leadership, commercial teams, and product and technology owners.

We combine regional market knowledge with regional and global marketing capabilities and use trusted third-party agencies to scale creative, content, events, digital, localisation and production work.

What You Will Do

• Develop and activate a focused Middle East marketing plan aligned with regional business priorities and global marketing direction.
• Participate in commercial planning discussions to understand customer objectives, key influencers, market dynamics and upcoming opportunities.
• Turn commercial and customer insights into clear marketing briefs and programmes that build reputation, visibility, preference and differentiation.
• Partner with the global marketing team to develop strategies, messaging and content, adapting assets for regional relevance while maintaining brand integrity.
• Plan and deliver account-centred marketing activities, including executive engagements, technical seminars, customer workshops, targeted campaigns, speaking opportunities and sales enablement materials.
• Direct agencies and vendors supporting events, creative production, content adaptation, localisation, paid media, digital activation and logistics.
• Build relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders and maintain close connections with regional commercial teams and priority customers.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to measure programme effectiveness, improve future activities and keep resources focused on the highest-value opportunities.
• Partner with the regional marketer based in Europe to provide cohesive marketing planning and execution for the EMEA business.
• Operate as part of the global marketing team, sharing regional insights and leveraging capabilities across the team to deliver expected outcomes.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Ability to develop marketing plans with clear priorities, actions and measures of success.
• Ability to turn business priorities, customer insights and market understanding into practical marketing programmes and deliverables.
• Exposure to working closely with commercial, technical, product, leadership and other cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and move work from idea to action with limited day-to-day direction.
• Exposure to working with third-party creative agencies, vendors and freelancers.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Exposure to B2B marketing within industrial, refining, petrochemical, energy, oil & gas or similarly complex environments.
• Knowledge of account-based, segment, field and product marketing approaches.
• Ability to develop customer programmes involving executive engagement, technical content, events, targeted campaigns and sales enablement.
• Knowledge of regional customer and market dynamics and the ability to translate these into relevant marketing activities.
