Job summary

Koch Engineered Solutions is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager for the Middle East. You will transform business priorities and customer insights into regional plans, coordinating with global and regional teams to strengthen brand visibility and differentiation across the Middle East.

You will lead account-based and targeted campaigns, manage agencies, and ensure messaging aligns with overall strategy while adapting assets for regional relevance. A strong cross-functional approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop marketing plans with clear priorities, actions and measures of success.
• Ability to translate business priorities and insights into practical marketing programs.
• Experience working with commercial, technical, product, leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management and vendor/agency coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and activate a focused Middle East marketing plan aligned with regional priorities and global direction.
• Participate in commercial planning discussions to understand customer objectives, influencers, market dynamics and opportunities.
• Turn insights into briefs and programs that build reputation, visibility, and differentiation.
• Partner with the global marketing team to develop strategies, messaging and content for regional relevance.
• Plan and deliver account-centred marketing activities including executive engagements, seminars, workshops, campaigns, speaking opportunities and sales enablement materials.
• Direct agencies and vendors for events, content, localisation, paid media, digital activation and logistics.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and regional commercial teams and priority customers.
• Measure programme effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative insights and focus resources on high-value opportunities.
• Collaborate with the regional marketer in Europe to provide cohesive planning for the EMEA business.
• Share regional insights and leverage capabilities across the global marketing team.
