The role focuses on guiding the hotel sales and marketing team, driving revenue growth via strategic planning, and utilizing corporate resources to maximize occupancy and profitability across assigned hotels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in 4 or 5 stars hotels/hospitality – sales experience.
• Preferred experience in Madina / Makkah market.
• Proven track of achievements in previous hotels.

• Collaborate with Regional Managers and GMs to develop strategies for revenue maximization.
• Review budgets and expenditures to optimize funding.
• Utilize market intelligence to craft strategic plans and analyze competition.
• Conduct periodic reviews of hotels to identify revenue shortfalls.
• Partner with Sales Operations and Revenue Management to drive performance in key cities.
• Lead cluster initiatives to leverage scale and resources.
• Support hotels in leveraging corporate resources and PCR database.
• Assist new openings in pre-opening sales and revenue planning.
• Collaborate on brand initiatives and promotions to meet profitability goals.
• Coordinate training needs and develop personal development plans for the region.
