Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a senior Sales & Marketing leader to guide the Saudi regional team across Crown Plaza hotels, optimizing revenue and market share. You will coordinate strategy with regional managers, balance budgets, and leverage market intelligence to outperform competitors and deliver growth.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in 4- or 5-star hospitality sales, excellent English, strong leadership, and a willingness to travel across Medina and the wider region.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in 4 or 5 star hotels/hospitality sales.
• Arab nationality preferred.
• Excellent English and strong communication skills.
• Own car and ability to travel as needed.
• Preferred experience in Medina/Makkah market.
• Proven track record of achievements in hospitality.
• Transferable visa preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing and sales strategies to maximize hotel revenue.
• Review budgets and allocate expenditures to meet objectives.
• Utilize market intelligence for strategic planning and competitive insight.
• Drive cluster initiatives and collaborate with regional teams.
