Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Saudi Arabia seeks a Sales & Marketing Director to lead our hotel’s sales strategy and drive occupancy growth. You will coach the sales team, develop plans, and partner with amenities to boost revenue across rooms, F&B and banquets.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, 4+ years in hospitality sales with supervisory experience, strong local market knowledge, and fluency in local languages.

• 4+ years in hospitality sales and marketing with direct supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of local businesses and trends.
• Must speak local language(s).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales activities and coach your team to deliver to their full potential.
• Hit personal and team sales goals to maximise profitability.
• Create and implement sales plans that drive incremental occupancy, increase average rates, increase volume, F&B and banquet sales.
• Produce and review monthly reports to monitor performance.
• Lead marketing efforts to upsell guests on hotel services, offerings, and amenities.
