Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) seeks a senior hospitality sales leader to drive revenue strategies for our Crowne Plaza Medina property. You will set business plans, monitor sales goals, and lead the sales team to convert opportunities into measurable results.

Collaborate with GM and Commercial Team, engage with corporate accounts, and coordinate Marketing activities to expand market share while ensuring GDPR compliant data and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Commerce.
• Arabic language capabilities preferred.
• 3–5 years in hospitality or hotel sales with direct team leadership.
• Experience in Sales, Channel Management, Distribution and Revenue Management.
• Experience with sales management and reporting platforms.
• Experience across cultures and managing hotels/vendors across countries.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales plan driving measurable revenue outcomes.
• Set sales team goals to maximize profitability across the department.
• Support the GM in budgets and multi-year financial plans.
• Produce monthly reports and forecasts on market trends.
• Coordinate Sales and Marketing activities to increase revenue and market share.
• Engage with the IHG IRFP program to maximize corporate market share.
• Maintain relationships with key accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Drive a sales culture across the hotel, converting opportunities into revenue.
• Ensure GDPR-compliant databases, client profiles and promotions.
